19 Months

Fuck. Me.

Has it been 19 months since my last update? It has. But that doesn't mean I have been idle.

Not a chance.

I have been working on other stuff. Some I will now update here, other things I will update... later.

First. Harvey. He is NOT dead. A new chapter is in first draft and waiting for me to get off my ass and finish it. Chapter 9 of Harvey's Manuscript will be out soon (ish).

Second. A blog. It's called A Fistful of T-Shirts. It's a collection of wisdom which I have earned, and am generously (no charge) giving to you (the reader). Check it out.

Third. I am working on an experimental horror anthology concept using twitter. There are 15 stories and each new tweet drives on of those stories forward. At times it is difficult to determine which story is which, but there are clues. Following along requires some detective work and thought. Oh, and it is inspired by the works of HP Lovecraft.

Long Cold Winter...

Greetings All,

Thanks for coming back! It's been a few months since the last installment. There's a somthing I'd like to get working on.

A number of people have mentioned putting Harvey's Manuscript into Graphic Novel format. Well, I've been pondering it and - after some thought and a bit of research - I have decided to chase that idea around a bit..

So here is what I need from you, Harvey fans;

Spread the word. Far and wide. I am looking for artwork for Harvey. I am looking for an artist to partner with to create Harvey's Manuscript the Graphic Novel.

Send me your original works based on material in Harvey's Manuscript. I want to see what Harvey's world looks like through your eyes. All artwork is property of the artist and full props will be given. Did I mention I may want to post the artwork here on the website? Jazz the joint up a bit. Know what I'm sayin'?

If you're an artist (even a shitty one), or you know a friend, relative, pet or some dude that doodles rock band names on his pencil case, give them the heads up.

Send submissions here with the word ARTWORK in the subject line. JPG format is preferred.

The only stipulation is that it has to be based on some aspect of Harvey's Manuscript. Make me laugh. Make me cry. Make me erect. I don't care.

Now. Get out of the thickets and go read Chapter 8.

(Who can figure out that cryptic reference? Hmmm?)

Putting it in perspective

After some deliberation, I have decided to include dates in all the chapters. This will give readers an easy reference to the chronology of the story.

Update

I would just like to take a moment to thank everyone who has stopped by and started reading Harvey's Manuscript and taken the time to send me your feedback. It is greatly appreciated.

I am in the midst of writing the next two chapters and plan on having them available sometime in the next couple of weeks. It may even be up sometime early next week (no promises).
